In case the product received is the incorrect product

In case of standalone purchases, if the shipped product is not what you paid for, we will refund 100% of the product cost if we are intimated within 7 days of the delivery. In such case, the refund will be made within 30 days. In case of purchases made in a variable price combo offer, the return price will be adjusted to the commercial viability of the transaction in relation to the offer. We urge you not to accept the product(s) in such cases. will also bear the return shipping cost for any incorrect product delivered.

Return method & payment

For all other products, we will refund 100% of the product cost in case the customer has availed our free shipping facility. In case the customer has not availed the free shipping facility, the actual shipping charge will be deducted and the rest of the product cost will be refunded
We will make all refunds in the same mode of payment as used during checkout. Refunds for cash on delivery will be made via online transfer of funds to the customers’ bank account. All wallet points used in a transaction will be credited back to the same wallet account.
The refund will be happen within 14 days of receipt and inspection of the goods.


If the customer chooses to cancel the order before the product is shipped, he will be entitled to a 100% refund. Even in cases where cancellation is made after the product has been shipped, the policy as mentioned above applies.
